Rotterdam, Netherlands - 02 March 2020 - Justo Jewelries is announcing its expansion overseas and will be joining a new market in order to empower women all over the world. With this decision we hope to achieve a new insight on the customers perspective in order to improve the expeience.

Next step

Some of you may ask why we chose Japan and not another country. Well, Japan is a challenge for us, and we love to challenge ourselves and get out of the comfort zone. As Japan is in another corner of the world it means it is a different market as well as a different culture. In this country women love to be stylish and always fashionable as well as they are focus on being sustainable and protecting the environment, therefore our customizable jewelries would be the perfect fit. We would love to empower women everywhere with our sustainable, customizable, and fair-traded mined jewelries. Our main goal is to create jewelries perfect and that will fulfill each woman’s needs either that they are looking for a unique piece to display in their collection.

What the expansion means for the company structure?

Expanding to Japan would also include a new structure to the company. We are planning to add more people to our team and eventually become globally.  However, for now, our main goal is to have a new department that will have its focus on Japan, so everything runs smoothly according to the plan. We are looking for creative, eager, open- minded people that would help us make the dream come true. Our plan is to have a general director for each region (Netherlands and Japan) in order to have a smooth transition. They would work hand in hand in order to provide the customers with the best service. As our plan is to open a store in Japan as well we have to think where is the best suitable option. We invite you to vote on our poll on Instagram in order to let us know your preference. Moreover, penetrating the Japanese market means new collaborations and ideas. We would like to upgrade our jewelries with crystals and semiprecious stones in order to make the customizable experience more unique and give the clients a larger range of products.
